Family Information

Enrollment Information

Our family will send our children to Religious School as non-members of the congregation. I understand that this is for Kindergarten through 4th grade only.

All applicants should complete the following section as to dependents that will be attending religious school, please proceed to fill out the next section.

   Tuition for non-members (K-4th Grade Only) - $675

Our family will be enrolling the above number of children.

Dependent Information
Students are placed into classes based on their experience with Judaics and Hebrew as well as their age. Please select which class you believe best suits your child. Adjustments may be made during the first few weeks of school.

Kitah Alef - Usually Kindergarten through 2nd or 3rd grade
Kitah Bet - Usually 3rd Grade through 5th grade
Kitah Gimmel - 6th Grade and 7th Grade
Confirmation - 8th Grade and above

Ner Shalom Religious School Parent Positions:
NSRS cannot function without the support of its parents. Please select a minimum of one area where you can be of assistance this year.

Policies and Other Notes

Religious School Late Pickup Policy:
For every 15 minutes after 12:00 noon that a student is not picked up, a charge of $25.00 will be assessed. To acknowledge, please check box above.

Photographic Policy: 
Congregation Ner Shalom periodically takes pictures or videos during various events. These pictures may be posted in the public domain such as on the congregation’s website, Facebook account, or in the congregation’s publication “The Shofar”. If you do not want images of yourself, child, or children posted in the public domain please indicate by checking the box above.
