Our family will send our children to Religious School as non-members of the congregation. I understand that this is for Kindergarten through 4th grade only.

Religious School Late Pickup Policy:
For every 15 minutes after 12:00 noon that a student is not picked up, a charge of $25.00 will be assessed. To acknowledge, please check box above.

Photographic Policy: 
Congregation Ner Shalom periodically takes pictures or videos during various events. These pictures may be posted in the public domain such as on the congregation’s website, Facebook account, or in the congregation’s publication “The Shofar”. If you do not want images of yourself, child, or children posted in the public domain please indicate by checking the box above.
