Please provide the names and ages of the people in your party who will be attending the seder. (And include information for special needs for all attendees in your party.)
Please advise of how many will be attending the seder in your party.
Please let us know if you are planning to join us at Break-Fast. We will follow up with you.
Please tell us about any needs for assistance you may have, dietary restrictions, allergies, visual, hearing, mobility restrictions or other things that we could do to ease your full participation. We are an inclusive community and want to do what we can. Please note that some events may be more challenging than others to ensure your full participation, but we want to hear your concerns, so we may attempt to address them.
